As much as SCHC relies on our remarkable frontline volunteers and staff, we know they can’t do it all on their own. As the needs of Scarborough’s complex communities have grown, so too have our tools, programs and overall capacity as we work to support and empower our people across 12 sites, currently operating close to 50 distinct, integrated services to improve the wellbeing of our communities. Having grown to employ more than 300 people, we’re continually building on our foundation of providing a collaborative and supportive work environment, with ample opportunities for personal and professional development, that creates a culture of innovation and care.
